2026 Third Sunday of Easter – The Road to Emmaus
And this reminds us that our faith is not simply about believing this, believing that, believing about the truth of the matter. The core of our faith is a personal encounter with the Lord, that is the most important. Because if you have a personal encounter with the risen Christ, I promise you, he has the power to transform us and to fill us with hope.
Have I ever struggled without? Have I struggled fully believing the risen, the resurrection? What we believe as Christians? Have I struggled to recognize Jesus in a difficult situation? What can I learn from the disciples’ honest conversation with Jesus on the road to Emmaus?
