2026 Parade of the Saints
November 1 is dedicated to honoring all the saints of the Church—both the famous, officially canonized saints (like St. Francis of Assisi or St. Thérèse of Lisieux) and the countless “unknown” holy men, women, and martyrs who have attained heaven. It bridges the gap between earth and heaven, reminding Catholics of the “communion of saints”.
In many heavily Catholic regions around the world, particularly parts of Spain, Italy, Latin America, and Filipino communities, November 1—and the surrounding days of feast—feature community processions or parades. Parades often feature people (especially children) dressed in costumes portraying specific patron saints.
This year the event which was normally organized by Bro Mike and Ivy Marasigan, was attended by many children dressed in saints and marched to the altar before the mass began.
It ended with a program and best costume contest inside the St. Ignatius Parish Hall.
