2026 6th Sunday of Easter – The Spirit of Love

Before I got my visa last February, I had a chance to watch my favorite musical play last February in Manila. It was a dream come true to me to watch Les Miserables by Victor Hugo on the stage. I even bought a ticket for the VIP. It was so beautiful. And I liked the epilogue of this musical play, Les Miserables. When the main character, Jean Paul Jean, is about to die, this is what he sings.

” And remember, the truth that once was spoken to love another person is to see the face of God”.

This is a kind of love of God. A kind of love that remains. A kind of love that has no condition. A kind of love that has “no because”. A kind of love that has no “even if”.

Only love that exists and always remains.
