Holding colorful parasols festooned with roses and other flowers made of fabric and plastic on one hand and a crucifix or a religious artifact on another, participants of the Santacruzan/Flores de Mayo held a procession at the Frankfurt West End area on May 26, Sunday. The celebration by the Filipino Catholic Community in Frankfurt of a traditional Philippine festival held in the month of May was attended by more people this year compared with last year.
On Easter Vigil on April 20, 2019 the Saturday before Easter Sunday, the Filipino Catholic Community in Frankfurt celebrated an Easter Vigil Mass that was capped by the so-called "Encuentro" (meeting) or "Salubong" (welcome).

The Filipino Catholic Community in the Diocese of Limburg celebrated their yearly 'Flores De Mayo' last 19th of May coinciding with the German holiday of 'Pfingsmontag' or Wit Monday. The festival is name derived from the Spanish language which means 'Flowers of May' which sometimes called 'Flowers of Mary' because of the devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The Philippine Catholic community Frankfurt gets a new pastor. On November 30th, Father Benedicto Urbano Pola OC retires after nearly seven years in the Diocese of Limburg and returns to his home diocese of Alaminos in the Philippines. His successor, Father Mario Salida Estrella OC, is commissioned with the leadership of this native-speaking community on 1 December.
