Zoom subscription will be cancelled starting May 1, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other benefit of the Microsoft O365 aside from the free team Meeting app are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1TB of Storage &#8211; The community files, photos and videos can be saved and accessed online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Office 365. Licensed to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot AI, Designer, OneNote, Forms, and ClipChamp (Video Editor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.squarespace-cdn.com\/content\/v1\/5d688d3af945320001b0765e\/1571466732962-EI1N3SDVYEZNBBYSRVAA\/zoom-microsoft-teams.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use the online Meeting Team?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may be used to use Zoom but using Teams is also similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get started,  the Team Meeting facilitator should have access our <strong>Microsoft account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>On Desktop:<\/strong> Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https:\/\/teams.microsoft.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">teams.microsoft.com<\/a> and sign in. You can use the web version or download the desktop app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On Mobile:<\/strong> Download the Microsoft Teams app from the <strong>iOS App Store<\/strong> or <strong>Google Play Store<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The &#8220;Switch&#8221;:<\/strong> If you already use Teams for work, click your profile picture and select <strong>&#8220;Add personal account.&#8221;<\/strong> Modern Teams (2026 version) allows you to toggle between them easily without logging out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are just a participant in the meeting, you can join a Teams meeting without creating an account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The process is slightly different depending on whether you are using a computer or a phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Joining on Desktop (Easiest)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec7a7d326922f1bc-41\">On a computer, you don\u2019t even need to download the app; you can run it entirely through your web browser.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Click the link sent to you by the facilitator:<\/strong> Open your meeting invite and click <strong>&#8220;Join meeting now&#8221;<\/strong> or the provided URL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select Browser Option:<\/strong> A page will open with three choices. Click <strong>&#8220;Continue on this browser.&#8221;<\/strong> (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge work best).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Permissions:<\/strong> Your browser will ask for permission to use your <strong>microphone and camera<\/strong>. Click <strong>Allow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enter Your Name:<\/strong> Type the name you want others to see.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Join Now:<\/strong> Click <strong>&#8220;Join now.&#8221;<\/strong> You will likely be placed in a &#8220;Lobby&#8221; until the host admits you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Joining on Mobile (Phone\/Tablet)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_ec7a7d326922f1bc-45\">On mobile, Microsoft generally requires the <strong>Teams App<\/strong> to be installed, but you still <strong>do not<\/strong> need to sign in or have an account.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Download the App:<\/strong> If you don&#8217;t have it, download &#8220;Microsoft Teams&#8221;
