An International Way of the Cross was held in Liebfrauen Church on March 12, 2021. Among the partipants were representatives from the Filipino Catholic Community in Frankfurt. The Way of the Cross is an annual gathering of Catholics of other mother tongues. This has become a Lenten Tradition which started in 2016.

In the Stations of the Cross, the representives of different countries of origin expressed their particular unfortunate experience of their home country or community in this time of the Pandemic and connect it to the way of the cross. It was a wonderful sign of connectedness of Christian migrants who have form communities in the City of Frankfurt. The testimonies from different communities were spoken in different languages. There were about ten international communities  who gathered for the Stations of the cross.
